No, botanic Hair Care is a cruelty free brand.

3. Who should use our products?

Everyone. Our products are not gender-specific

4. My hair has been color treated, can I use your products?

Yes you can, our products are safe for color treated hair.

5. I have locs, can I use your products?

Of course you can.

6. Do you use synthetic fragrances?

No, our fragrances are 100% vegan and are formulated using natural ingredients and essential oils.

8. How are my goods packaged?

Using 100% recyclable bottles and external packaging

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

1. How long will it take to receive my package?

We have a standard 48-72 hour processing time before your goods are shipped. This processing time is subject to change due to sales and holiday. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your item(s) after shipment.

2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship outside the US.

3. Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@botanichaircare.com. If your items have not been shipped, we can cancel your order and process a refund

4. I received the wrong items, what should I do?

Please email us at info@botanichaircare.com with a picture of the wrong items and we would be happy to re-send the items to you at no cost. We will also be providing a shipping label for the wrong items to be returned to us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. What is your return policy?

Botanic Hair Care aims for 100% customer satisfaction. We have a 30-day return policy should you need to return your items.

2. What is your refund policy?

To start the refund process please email us at info@botanichaircare.com and a return address will be sent to you. We are not responsible for any shipping costs. We will issue a full refund once we receive the returned items.

3. I never received my items/they were lost in transit, what should I do?

The shipping company is responsible for any lost/stolen items once they have been shipped. We will be happy to provide their information so you that can file a claim.

4. When will I receive my refund

You'll be refunded as soon as your item arrives at our warehouse. We expect that to take around 7 days from the time it leaves your house. Please contact your bank to know when the funds will reflect in your bank account
